Our professional association, which now looks back on a ten-year history, continuously cooperates with other professional associations, associations and other organizations representing outstanding quality in their fields to support the facility management industry, to share the professional results achieved, operational experience and data collected by our member companies and international professional relationships, and the professional solutions developed together to make it known and utilized as widely as possible.
The Board, which was expanded and renewed in 2023 – building on the previously set goals and the successes achieved – set itself the goal of pushing our organization to new and new challenges by stepping up to the next level.

MBSZ - Association of Hungarian Shopping Centers
An organization responsible for the representation and development of the industry, promoting the physical spaces where people shop, eat, play, meet or work as essential and vital elements of the economy.
Hungarian Association of Building Engineers
The Association of Hungarian Building Mechanics (MÉGSZ) is the largest voluntary membership organization of the building engineering profession. We have more than 400 members all over the country who carry out planning, construction, operation and vocational training as well as trade and brand representation.
Lighting technology association
For 75 years, the scene of professional public life was provided by the Lighting Station in Eötvös Street, the right of use of which was terminated in 2002. Then the non-profit foundation Magyar Világítástechnikáz was established, which purchased the new headquarters in 2003, the Lighting House at Árpád út 67, 1042 Budapest, with the financial support of VTT. The ceremonial opening of the new institution took place at the general assembly of VTT on February 28, 2004. Since May 1, 2006, VTT has been operating as a derivative company of MEE with an independent legal personality.
Hungarian Fire Protection Association
The Association was founded on 12/08/1995 with 54 members, of which 27 are currently members after 26 years, so exactly half of the founders are still members. After their establishment, they immediately got involved in the preparation of the new OTSZ published in 1996, in which work they continue to participate with great energy and numbers. They took the lion’s share in the preparation and amendments of the TvMIs launched in 2014.
Hungarian Cleaning Technology Association
At professional round tables and professional events, MATISZ created the working materials and professional resolutions collected under the name Magyar Norma with the participation of the profession and its members. The purpose of the guidelines is to regulate the system of cleaning services, firstly by formulating how the areas to be cleaned must be assessed before asking for a quote, and secondly by putting together the system that determines the structure of bidders’ data, the professional suitability conditions, and the evaluation criteria.

Proptech Hungary is a network of companies and organizations that combine their knowledge for the sustainable development of real estate and cities. They cooperate with the proptech organizations of the neighboring countries, specifically the markets of the Central-Eastern European region, in order to even more help the transfer of knowledge, even the expansion of local companies and their regional growth.

Since 2009, the Hungarian Green Building Council (HuGBC) is a professional platform and community covering all areas of the construction industry. They represent professional interests in current and future-shaping issues aimed at the realization of a sustainable built environment. As a member of the international community of the World Green Building Council, based on forward-looking international practices and the knowledge, experience, and innovative solutions of their members, they carry out attitude-forming and educational activities and provide a knowledge base.

The Hungarian Business Council for Sustainable Development (BCSDH) is a community of forward-thinking CEOs of more than 140 sustainable companies, working together to accelerate the system transformations that are necessary for a climate-neutral, nature-positive and fairer future. Their goal is for model changes to take place and business solutions to be created in Hungary that have a real impact and can provide real answers to domestic challenges through their extension to other companies.
Real Estate Developers Round Table Association
The Real Estate Development Round Table, founded in 2009, is a joint interest representation organization of 27 – internationally recognized – leading real estate development companies in Hungary. Its goal is to ensure that real estate developments in Hungary can be carried out aesthetically and economically for the benefit of owners, users and users of the built environment, based on a clear system of rules, keeping in mind the aspects of functionality.
